HEDPA
1-Hydroxyethylidene-1,1-diphosphonic acid (HEDPA) is a deflocculant and sequestrant. It is used as a scale and corrosion inhibitor in cooling water systems, low pressure boiler water treatments. It has wide applications in industrial and institutional cleaners and swimming pool stain prevention.
